About Upzone Adventure Parks:Upzone is currently one of Sweden's fastest-growing adventure companies with several adventure parks across the country. We offer activities and events for individuals, groups, and companies in all forms. We are located in ten places around the country and are rapidly expanding in several other locations. We create memorable experiences for our visitors and prioritize safety and customer satisfaction. We are now looking for an engaged and driven Team Leader who wants to help lead our team to new heights!

About the Role:As a Team Leader at Upzone, you will have a varied and dynamic job where you both lead the team and participate in daily activities in the park. You will also be involved in business development and how the park can be improved. The role involves a strong focus on customer contact, service, and sales. You will work a lot with staff, scheduling, and handling bookings. Part of the working hours will be from a home office, so you will need access to a computer with internet connection.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating the team in daily operations in the park
• Conducting games and activities and training staff in these
• Managing bookings and coordinating with the booking center
• Planning and scheduling staff
• Being responsible for purchases and materials
• Participating in marketing, event planning, and signage in the park
• Selling and delivering service in customer contact
• Being involved in business development and improvements of the park

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience leading teams, preferably in the service or experience industry
• Is flexible and has good adaptability, especially at short notice
• Is communicative, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Has an interest in outdoor activities and adventure
• A driver's license is a plus
• Access to a computer with internet connection is a plus
• Is available for work on weekdays, day/evening shifts, as well as every other weekend and public holidays
• No requirement for training in high ropes courses, but it is a plus (We provide training according to IAPA before each new season)

Working Hours:The work takes place both on weekdays and every other weekend, with shifts in the mornings and afternoons. Flexibility is important as the schedule can change at short notice depending on customer requests. Some of the work is also done from a home office.
