Are you a star in logistics and ready to take on an exciting challenge? We are looking for a Logistic Officer for our client's SOS (Special Order Service) team – a 24-hour service for customers in the European Integrated Network zone who need express deliveries to resolve critical situations in their factories. Here, it's all about quick action, and your job will be to ensure that customers get what they need, when they need it, at the best possible cost!

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate express deliveries to distribution centers, marketing companies, and end customers.
  • Responsible for invoicing and handling necessary export documents.
  • Resolve issues when materials are missing and find the best possible alternatives.
  • Ensure that transports arrive on time and at the lowest cost.
  • Work closely with warehouses and transport companies to find the best solutions for our customers.

What we are looking for:

Education and experience:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Experience in deliveries and freight.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
