We are looking for a driven Content Manager who wants to lead the development of innovative and engaging training materials in information security. You will play a key role in the implementation of our new Learning Management System (LMS) and contribute to creating a security-conscious organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experts in information security and instructional design to create tailored training.
• Develop interactive eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments that explain complex security concepts in a simple way.
• Design visually appealing materials using Adobe Creative Suite that meet accessibility requirements.
• Structure content in the LMS for a smooth and user-friendly learning experience.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and improve content based on collected data.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education in video, communication, pedagogy, or similar.
• Experience in creating online training with Adobe Creative Suite and LMS environments.
• Knowledge of information security and its best practices.
• Experience in LMS implementation projects is a plus.
• Strong ability to communicate technical information clearly and pedagogically.

Location and ScopeThe position is project-based from January to June 2025, with the possibility of extension. The location is in Malmö with the option to work remotely 1–2 days a week after onboarding.
