In the role of Technical Sales Representative/Advisor, you will take an active and outgoing position, responsible for Procurator's technical service across the country. You will work with a large network, internally through our 20 stores, our sales force, and our KAM department, as well as externally with our existing and new customers.

Procurator offers you an interesting role that spans several areas of expertise. Your overall responsibility will be to:

• Understand and stay updated on the company's technical products in consultation with the category department
• Provide technical support and advice to the network you will operate within
• Participate in the development of technical solutions and improvements in the field

Training, skills development, and sales are three important areas where you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing internal training programs
• Evaluating training needs and adapting programs accordingly
• Organizing and leading technical meetings and workshops, both internally and externally
• Presenting and demonstrating the company's service offerings (customization, TRUST, gas detectors) and products in the field
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
If you take on this challenge, you have a post-secondary education with a relevant technical focus or equivalent practical experience. You have several years of experience in technical field sales and are a communicative and coaching leader.

We would like you to have experience in combining sales and administrative support and that you are confident in leading both yourself and others towards set goals and results. You are a genuinely curious person who values good customer relationships and ensures that colleagues thrive and develop to their full potential.

You advocate a structured work methodology and have the ability to see details, while contributing with a pedagogical leadership where the right mindset can strongly contribute to profitable business and good results.

As a person, you are outgoing, charismatic, and driven, and you are motivated by personal interactions with both colleagues and customers. As a sales representative, you are proactive and solution-oriented and have a positive attitude towards changes and challenges. Leadership, communication, and collaboration are things that are especially close to your heart and ours!

Of course, you have good language skills in both Swedish and English, possess a B driver's license, and have good system knowledge!

ABOUT THE POSITION
The position is a permanent employment with direct employment at Procurator in Malmö. We apply individual salary setting where a fixed monthly salary is included as part of the employment terms along with the possibility of a company car.
