Experienced Content Manager Wanted

We are looking for an experienced Content Manager who can develop high-quality training materials in information security. Are you a creative and structured Content Manager with an eye for detail and experience in creating engaging training materials? Location: Malmö (with the possibility of remote work a few days a week)
Project Period: Immediate - June 2025 (with the possibility of extension)

With us, you will be employed as a consultant and work with our client company on the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS).

Your Responsibilities

• Create engaging and pedagogical content in collaboration with experts in information security and instructional design.
• Develop interactive materials such as eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments for LMS delivery.
• Design visually appealing and accessible content using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Structure the content in the LMS to create a user-friendly and seamless learning experience.
• Ensure that the project adheres to timelines and delivers high-quality content.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and implement improvements based on data.

Who Are You?

• You have a degree in video and content production, communication, instructional design, or similar.
• You have proven experience in developing digital training materials in an LMS environment and are skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro).
• You have a good understanding of pedagogical principles and best practices in instructional design.
• You are a strong communicator who can explain technical information clearly and understandably.
• Experience in information security and LMS implementation projects is a plus.
