We are looking for a skilled and experienced Content Manager for an exciting and confidential project in information security. The project involves developing and implementing training materials for a global organization, focusing on security awareness and education. As a Content Manager, you will lead the development of engaging and interactive content for the company's new Learning Management System (LMS).

The Role: This role is project-based, from immediate start until June 2025, with the possibility of extension. We are looking for someone who is adept at creating both visually appealing and pedagogically effective content, particularly in areas such as information security, data protection, and IT security.

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop training content in collaboration with experts in information security and instructional design.
• Design interactive eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments that convey complex security concepts in an engaging manner.
• Structure and integrate content into the company's LMS for an optimal user experience.
• Ensure that all content meets high accessibility standards and is visually appealing.
• Evaluate and improve training materials based on feedback and metrics.

Qualifications:

• Experience in developing eLearning materials, preferably in security-related topics.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, as well as eLearning tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems and implementation projects.
• Strong ability to translate technical information into easily understandable and pedagogical content.
• Able to work both independently and closely with a project team.

• Location: Malmö (possibility for remote work 1-2 days a week after onboarding).
• Extent: Full-time, project employment.
