Job Responsibilities
You will create new opportunities by further developing our existing businesses and establishing new customer relationships through proactive sales. In your role, you own the entire sales process and have your own result and budget responsibility. The products you will be selling are wood-based products within Moelven Woods product portfolio, primarily sheet materials.
An important part of the job is to calculate, assess, and analyze based on the customers' specific conditions and needs. In this role, it is natural to feel comfortable working with numbers in various contexts.

Qualifications
You have at least five years of experience in sales and value-creating customer relationships from our industry. You are confident in working towards set goals and planning your work every day to achieve them in the best way.
Personal Qualities
As a person, you are a responsive, communicative, and business-oriented team player. You are motivated by discovering new business opportunities in meetings with customers. You have a good ability to coordinate and appreciate order and structure, where quotes, calculations, and assessments are made with high quality. At the same time, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you control much of your daily routine yourself. You also enjoy working in a results-driven and goal-oriented environment where we share experiences and knowledge with each other to develop our business.

Travel and overnight stays are common, and a B driver's license is therefore a requirement. You are estimated to meet your customers three days a week, and on the remaining days, you meet your colleagues and work on your customer assignments in the office.
