We are looking for a Technician/Setter for Emballator in Vittsjö

At Emballator's production facility in Vittsjö, we are looking for someone who is curious and eager to learn, meticulous, and has a technical understanding with a service-oriented mindset.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As Emballator is a small unit, flexibility and the ability to help where needed are important.
You will have a varied job where you work with setups, troubleshooting for both the injection molding process and automation. You will also perform simpler preventive maintenance and repairs of our equipment. Repairs and larger maintenance of our molds are handled by our unit in Ljungby.
Since we only have 14 people in our unit, you may also step in as a Machine Operator, which involves material handling, quality control, and packing.
You will be an important part of supporting and guiding other employees to enhance their skills in handling everyday problems.
Currently, there are two additional Technicians/Setters in the Vittsjö operation.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this position, we believe you have previously worked with similar tasks and have experience in mechanics, automation, and pneumatics. Troubleshooting and problem-solving are part of your daily tasks.
You should be a social person who finds it easy to collaborate with other colleagues and contributes to a positive work environment. The role also involves being a support to other employees, where service and social skills determine success.
You take responsibility for your tasks and independently ensure they are performed accurately and efficiently.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position as Technician/Setter with us is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client Emballator. During the training period, working hours will be during the day but will then transition to a permanent afternoon shift.
