Operator Wanted at Gyllebo Gödning in Malmö

We are now looking for an operator to strengthen the team around fertilizer production at Gyllebo Gödning in Malmö during the peak season in spring 2025.

Gyllebo Gödning AB is a subsidiary of Lantmännen. We are Sweden's largest fertilizer manufacturer with a focus on recycling by-products from other industries into sustainable fertilizer products for both gardening enthusiasts and organic farmers. This is our way of contributing to a sustainable value chain from farm to fork.

What You Will Do

As an operator in production, you will have a varied job with the opportunity to specialize in certain tasks that interest you. In your daily work, you are an essential cog in a well-oiled machine where we take in raw materials on one side of the factory and deliver finished products on the other. For this to work, we need you and your skills - which you already have or are willing to acquire!

Typical tasks in production include:

• Responsibility for various types of packaging lines
• Mixing raw materials and emptying finished goods containers
• Unloading raw materials and loading finished products

What You Need to Succeed and Thrive

You have:

• A high school diploma
• Experience working in some form of process
• Basic computer skills and have probably worked in some production-related IT systems
• An ability to read and understand instructions easily
• A forklift license and/or a B driver's license
• Experience, or interest in learning, to operate a wheel loader and forklift.

You are:

• Detail-oriented, systematic, driven, and take initiative
• Quality and safety conscious
• Communicative
• Independent and have a good ability to plan your workday
