For our client, primarily developing and manufacturing pharmaceuticals, medical devices, dietary supplements, and cosmetics, we are looking for an experienced process operator who wants to be part of a great team!

Job Description

As a Process Operator at the client, you and others in the department are responsible for monitoring the semi-automated processes/stages related to the manufacturing and filling/packaging of various products. The role includes documentation, machine adjustments, deviation investigations, and improvement work.

Examples of responsibilities related to the position:

Work according to cGMP, i.e., follow written procedures and document completed work in accordance with cGMP and ISO 13485.
Tasks related to the manufacturing and filling/packaging of ointments/creams/gels.
Perform adjustments of filling and packaging machines.
Ensure that the production plan is followed.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Initiate and participate in the development of new technical solutions.
Participate in the calibration of equipment, instruments, measuring devices, etc.
Update SOPs.

The planned start for the position is at the end of January 2025. There is a shift work schedule for this position.

Qualifications

You who are applying have an analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills, and as a person, you are meticulous, organized, and quality-conscious. You have the ability to prioritize, execute, and complete tasks within specified time frames and enjoy working on multiple tasks simultaneously. Furthermore, we see that you are an outgoing person who can work both in a team and individually.

The position requires that you can express yourself easily in both spoken and written English and Swedish, as well as having good technical skills and computer knowledge. You have at least a high school education, and we also see that you have experience from the pharmaceutical or process industry, as well as experience with GMP.
