Our client in Malmö, operating in the metal industry, is now looking for machine operators who want to take on an exciting role in their modern robotic cells.

About the role

As a machine operator, you are an important part of the production and are responsible for:

• Controlling and monitoring production in robotic cells.
• Performing troubleshooting and minor adjustments if the machines malfunction.
• Ensuring product quality by using measuring tools and interpreting drawings.
• Working efficiently and systematically to achieve production goals.

The work is shift-based, meaning you may work days, evenings, or nights depending on the schedule.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has basic knowledge of measurement technology and reading technical drawings.

• Is technically skilled and confident in adjusting and solving problems with machines.
• Has an innovative and solution-oriented attitude.
• Works systematically and is efficient in a production environment.
• Is flexible and can adapt to shift work.

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience as a machine operator or working in robotic cells.

• Experience in troubleshooting and minor repairs.
