Everyone is passionate about different things, but to succeed in this role, you need to love tech. Maybe as much as Cookie Monster loves cookies... For us, being a tech nerd is a positive thing; we are impressed by those who have found their niche and are passionate about it!
You will be part of a competent team where you will learn a lot. Here, you will be able to combine your tech knowledge with your sense of service in a wonderful mix.
Via phone and email, you will assist customers with their tech-related issues. You will work in a ticketing system, and troubleshooting is something you do daily. It is very beneficial if you are familiar with some of the following points:
- Active Directory
- DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- Citrix
- Windows Operating Systems
- Outlook & Exchange
- MS Office & O365
- Printers & printer management
- Hardware-related issues
A genuine interest in tech is a must. If you have previously worked in a service desk, that is a big plus, but not a requirement. We prefer that you have studied something within IT, especially enjoying networking courses. Being fluent in both Swedish and English is a requirement.
