About the assignment

The assignment starts immediately and involves close collaboration with the client’s team on-site. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects and improvement initiatives are carried out in a structured and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

– Lead projects in system and process development with a focus on optimizing and further developing business systems.

– Coordinate resources and activities between internal teams and external suppliers.

– Ensure that project goals are achieved within given timeframes and budget.

– Identify and manage risks, and propose solutions to overcome challenges.

– Ensure clear communication and reporting of project status to relevant stakeholders.

Skills and experience:

We are looking for someone who has:

– Experience in project management, with a particular focus on business systems.

– Good knowledge of systems such as HubSpot, Business Central, and Norce.

– A strong ability to lead and inspire teams and build good relationships with external suppliers.

– A solution-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Other:

The assignment is primarily performed on-site at the client’s location.
