Consulting assignment with Client

As the platform manager, you will ensure, together with the team, that the platform is cohesive and sustainable from a technical perspective to meet users' needs for automation. Your responsibilities include managing daily operations and maintenance, monitoring, and lifecycle management of the platform to ensure it is utilized effectively and drives us forward in automation.

You will work closely with the team, leveraging each other's competencies to collectively enhance the team's delivery in automating processes. In this way, you contribute to saving time for Region Skåne's employees, who can then dedicate that time to valuable tasks such as patient meetings. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders such as development teams, suppliers, solution architects, and operations, where your task will be to clarify the different needs and identify the solutions that address them.

Your assignment includes developing roadmaps and clarifying priorities within the platform for the team. Together with the team, you will make visible the vision, direction, and development of the platform over time. You will work with several different contact points and have supplier dialogues at both operational and tactical levels. In this role, you will primarily work with automation platforms from Microsoft and Nice.

An interest and understanding of technology as well as experience in automation/RPA. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience in working with budgets and financial monitoring.
