We are looking for someone who is passionate about IT and service. You likely have an IT education as a foundation. It is a plus if you have experience in 1st line support. We would like you to have knowledge of, for example, Active Directory, Windows 7/10, Basic Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Troubleshooting, Ticket Management, and Mobile Devices. It is important that you are attentive and value good customer contacts. It is also crucial for the role that you are analytical, meticulous, and can work in a structured manner.

Every day, you handle tickets from customers via phone, chat, and email.
