Personal Assistant
Do you want to make a difference in our users' daily lives? As a personal assistant, you will help individuals in their daily routines based on their needs and wishes. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute in personal assistance, where each day offers new challenges.
Your Assignment
As a personal assistant, you will help users in their daily lives. This means you act as the user's extended arm and assist with, for example:
- personal hygiene and dressing/undressing
- support in social interactions and other primary needs for their daily functioning
The job includes some documentation. Our three core values - engagement, innovation, and equality - serve as guidelines in our daily work.
As a substitute, you will cover for regular staff absences or short-term vacation substitutes, which means you will work with several different users. Working hours vary and may be scheduled during the day, evening, sleeping on-call, awake night, and weekends.
You need to have a B driver's license and access to your own car since some of our users live outside Eslöv where public transport is not available.
Smoking and pets are present with some of our users.
Your Experience
To be considered for employment with us, you must meet the following requirements:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You can express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- B driver's license and access to your own car
It is advantageous if you have:
- Previous experience in personal assistance or working with individuals with disabilities
