Furuboda Assistans is a private assistance provider in southern Sweden with roots in the non-profit Furuboda Association. The company was established in 2005 and is a growing business. About the assignment

We are now looking for an assistant to work with one of our clients in Löberöd. He is a young man in his 20s who has autism and an intellectual disability. Currently, the young man's parents primarily work with him, and we need an additional assistant in the group who can work 1 day a week according to a rotating schedule. The young man lives in a house with his family who only speaks Romanian. Therefore, it is a requirement that you can speak both Swedish and Romanian. The work involves assisting the young man in his daily life, including preparing meals, dressing, personal hygiene, and participating in activities. Experience with autism is an advantage.
