About the role

We are looking for substitutes for our preschool Pysslingen Lyckan, located in the heart of Kristianstad, a preschool with 6 departments focusing on movement and health.

We are also looking for substitutes for Pysslingen Vildriket, which has four departments and is located in Näsby, where we use nature as a resource for our teaching and spend a lot of time in our local area.

As a substitute at Pysslingen Preschools, you will work in groups with children aged 1-5. The need may arise both as a replacement for short-term absences with the possibility of longer assignments if the need arises. This means the opportunity for flexible work where your availability is key.

Your tasks include conducting activities both indoors and outdoors, as well as assisting regular educators with practical tasks.

If you are hired as a substitute, you should be able to step in at short notice in case of absence of regular staff. Therefore, it is required that you are responsible and have a high degree of flexibility, as the work involves quickly adapting to new environments. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and should find it easy to both collaborate and work independently in a team, as well as have the ability to contribute to a functioning operation together with your colleagues.

• Has a high school diploma or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
• Has good collaboration skills
• Believes that every meeting is significant
• Is curious and exploratory
• Wants to learn together with the children
• Is attentive and respectful
• Has the assignment and the children in focus

It is an advantage if you have a degree as a childcare worker and/or previous experience working in preschool.

Employment form

The position is a general fixed-term employment with hourly pay.

Extent as needed.

Start date by agreement.
