Personal Assistant Needed for Young Man Outside Tomelilla

We are currently looking for an assistant for a young man outside Tomelilla. He lives in his own home a bit outside the community with little or no public transport, so you need to have your own car to get to the workplace. You will also be driving the man's own car during work.

The man has Williams syndrome and needs support throughout all hours of the day. He is a cheerful and active guy with many interests. He enjoys everything from lounging on the couch to traveling.

You must be positive and supportive in your role as an assistant. You should be good at reading his daily mood and helping him with everything at home, such as cooking and cleaning.

You will work according to a fixed schedule but need to be flexible to respond quickly to urgent situations. Work shifts are scheduled on weekdays from 15:12 to 22:00 and weekends from 09:00 to 21:00.

We are also looking for hourly substitutes.

You must provide a criminal record extract.

Collective agreements are in place, and individual salary setting is applied.

We will request certificates/references from previous work.

A valid driver's license and your own car are required!

Introduction with shadowing will be provided before you start working independently. Recruitment is ongoing, and we welcome your application as soon as possible!
