We are looking for Personal Assistants for a young man living on a horse farm just outside Södra Sandby. There is public transport available, but not at all hours of the day, and the nearest bus stop is about 3 km from the farm. Therefore, having your own means of transportation, such as a car or moped, is an advantage.

The man has autism and ADHD and has a great need for support and help with everything in his daily life. He is a very friendly person but can experience anxiety from too much noise, unexpected events, or being asked too many questions.

His main interest is spending time with his therapy-trained horses, so it is beneficial if you, as an applicant, have experience with horses. You cannot be allergic to or afraid of horses.

In this role as a personal assistant, you need to be calm, have a lot of patience, and be able to maintain structure so that the day is as predictable as possible. You also need to be a non-smoker and speak very good Swedish or English.

The position is 100%, scheduled during the day and evening, weekdays and weekends. Proficiency in Swedish is required, both spoken and written. Low-arousal approach is essential.
