Our daily activities are for people with various disabilities where we work in different activities offering opportunities based on each individual's conditions.

We are looking for someone who can work goal-oriented and has great patience as well as a good attitude. You also have good collaboration skills, are a creative problem solver, and have a pedagogical and motivating approach with the ability to build trust.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan the participants' work and guide them in a way that makes them as independent as possible.
• Create conditions where you together with the participants carry out activities both in groups and individually.
• Stay updated in the field through environmental monitoring.
• Establish and design implementation plans, document, and contribute to maintaining a good quality in the activities.

Since daily activities are changeable, you need to be prepared for your placement to change based on the participants who come to us.

Working hours are 07:30-16:00, Monday - Friday.

Qualifications

• Approved grades from the nursing and care program, child and leisure, social sciences/behavior, or other education that the employer considers equivalent is a requirement.
• Knowledge and experience of working with the target group is a requirement.
• Knowledge and experience regarding low-affect responses are meritorious.
• It is meritorious if you have experience with clear pedagogical methods.
• Experience in documentation is meritorious.

You should be curious and unafraid to see opportunities and development in small steps over a long time. You are confident and engaged in the role of support assistant and have a good ability to structure and plan content for the different participants in the group based on their various needs.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment starts with selection and team interviews during weeks 4, 5, and 6. We will hold final interviews on February 12-14.
