Job Description
Ramboll's project management team in Malmö is in an expansion phase, and we are now looking for a driven project manager who wants to take a central role in developing and driving exciting projects within community building. With a focus on sustainability and innovation, and with support from our national project management division as well as colleagues in Ramboll's global organization, we offer you the opportunity to become part of our growth journey and develop together with us!
Your new position
As our new Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate projects in construction, real estate, or industry, from planning to completion. You will ensure that projects are executed on time, within budget, and with high quality, while creating value for our clients through innovative and sustainable solutions.
You will be part of our project management unit, Project Management West/South. The unit currently consists of about 20 competent employees with broad experience in project management, construction management, work environment, and cost estimation. The unit works closely with both our national and international teams, and together we drive projects that shape the sustainable communities of the future. Many of our projects are multidisciplinary, allowing collaboration with clients and colleagues across all of Ramboll's business areas.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Project management by steering projects towards established goals, creating an understanding of the client's needs, and defining project objectives together with the client.
- Actively participate in the bidding process and contribute to winning new assignments.
- Implement sustainability and environmental initiatives in projects.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Be involved in the development of the future community in the Skåne region.
- Contribute knowledge in contracts and agreements, risk management, and project planning.
About you
- You have at least 7 years of experience leading construction projects with high demands on coordination and planning, preferably within the industry.
- You have experience with ABK09, ABT06, AB04.
- You have experience in negotiations and enjoy engaging with clients.
- You have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
- You have an academic education as a civil engineer or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in design management and construction management is a merit.
- Experience in construction projects within the industry is a merit.
