We are looking for Business Analysts for our client in Malmö. You will explore and define business needs, identify reasons for change, and recommend solutions that create business value. Together with the team, you will be responsible for clarifying business needs and managing product backlogs.

Scope:

As a dedicated project member for a retailer and their respective markets, your role will be to support the market with clarity around the customer's digital offering, create a common understanding of its business value, and define local market needs.

Main tasks in the assignment:

• Represent the digital offering (at the requirement/epic level).
• Explore and define business needs.
• Create a common understanding of business value.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.

Mandatory requirements:

• Documented experience with Microsoft Dynamics migrations.
• Strong understanding of product-oriented development and project implementation.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to break down conceptual discussions into technical requirements.

Personal qualities:

• Drive to create clarity and common understanding.
• Ability to go from concept to reality.
• Real customer focus – with the end user at the center.
• Passion for business development.
