As aGlobal Service Desk Consultantfor our client in Lund, you will play a central role in global IT support. You will:

• Provide IT support via phone, web chat, and remote tools.
• Follow our processes and strive to resolve issues according to SLA and KPI.
• Identify and escalate potential problems according to the problem management process.
• Collaborate with global and local support teams.
• Train users and help them become self-sufficient.
• Update documentation and share information via our Service Desk web portal.

• Solid experience with Microsoft products such as Windows 10/11, Office 2016/O365, Teams, and OneDrive.

• Hands-on experience with computer hardware.
• Typing speed of over 200 characters per minute.
• ITIL v3.0 Foundation certification.
• Fluent in Swedish, English, and Italian (spoken and written).
