Role Description:

We are looking for three Backend System Developers for Digital Customer Experience for our client.

We are in the midst of an exciting transformation where we are leaving old systems behind and building something new: a platform based on modern, reusable components, business flows, and APIs.

The company may be over 100 years old, but our tech stack is anything but dusty. With us, you will be involved in building a modern microservices architecture – where REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven communication will interact on OpenShift. You will be part of the foundation and influence technical decisions that actually matter – both for our architecture and for our customers.

We are currently looking for three system developers in Java for the Digital Customer Experience section within the following departments:

• Offers & Sales

• Customer & Contracts

This is what you will do as a system developer in Digital Customer Experience:

As a developer with us, you will play a key role in developing and consolidating our backend services and applications to increase reusability and improve customer experience, as well as building our digital platform. With us, you will be in the midst of a rapidly growing digital landscape where we develop self-service solutions and meet our customers professionally and personally through various digital and innovative options. What you develop will be incredibly important and visible to all our millions of customers - here you can truly make a difference!

As a system developer with us, you will:

• Build modern solutions in Java Spring Boot

• Develop robust REST APIs

• Evaluate and set up event-driven integrations with Kafka

• Ensure high quality through CI/CD and automated flows

• Deploy and scale solutions on OpenShift
