Panoptes Sweden AB is now looking for an experienced and operational security coordinator who wants to be responsible for ensuring our information flows and digital solutions. Here you will play a key role in protecting and strengthening our work in information security and compliance.

Our clients include media companies, as well as government agencies and organizations working with AML, decision-making support in procurement, and security. As a security coordinator with us, you will have the chance to influence both the direction of the organization and our security strategies in a socially important digital environment.

Your role

As a security coordinator, you will:

• Actively implement management systems for information security, primarily ISO27001.
• Conduct risk assessments, staff training, and continuous vulnerability analyses.
• Manage and follow up governing documentation, policies, and guidelines for information security.
• Collaborate with development and management teams to integrate security solutions into the organization.
• Develop our internal controls with a focus on continuously improving them in collaboration with relevant staff.
• Support sales and procurement when there are requirements for information security.
• Support management during internal and external audits.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of experience in information security, preferably in an operational role.
• Has good knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001 and regulatory requirements such as GDPR.
• Has experience in risk management, incident management, and security auditing.
• Is structured and communicative with the ability to engage others.
• Has a relevant academic background in information security, IT, or similar.

Certifications in ISO27001 or other relevant frameworks are also highly meritorious.
