Do you want to shape how AI and automation are used in a mission-critical operation? At Swedavia, we are looking for someone to create structure, enable innovation, and build the management of Power Platform and Copilot in Microsoft 365 within the aviation industry.

What does the role entail? As Delivery Manager for Power Platform and Copilot, you will be responsible for creating order and clarity in a growing world of AI, low code, and custom solutions in M365. Today, many solutions are built with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot, where your job will be to create a clear and sustainable management structure.

The role includes, among other things:

• Developing, implementing, and managing governance and lifecycle management for Power Platform, Copilot, and AI in M365.

• Enabling secure, controlled, and business-driven use of AI and low code.

• Being responsible for the management model as well as incident, problem, and change management for the relevant area of responsibility.

• Coordinating requirements and change work with relevant functions and suppliers.

• Driving training initiatives and strengthening the organization’s AI and IT maturity.

• Ensuring regulatory compliance, information security, and technical and user documentation.

The AI maturity is currently varied within the organization, so you will have the opportunity to think ahead, drive development, and contribute to raising competence regarding AI, automation, and Power Platform throughout the organization.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in IT or equivalent experience.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform in larger/complex organizations, including Dev/Test/Prod, Dataverse, and related M365 tools (e.g., Purview, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate).

• Experience in governance management for shared platforms or services.

• The ability to drive training and change initiatives in a cross-functional environment, both internally and externally.

• Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous to have experience in:

• Experience in Power Platform governance at a larger scale and building new management objects.

• Knowledge of DLP policies, information classification, access control, information security, and GDPR in M365.

• Experience with ITIL and relevant M365 certifications.
