We are now looking for an experienced Requirements Analyst/Process Analyst for an assignment within HRIT, where you will play a key role in driving both process mapping and requirements analysis throughout the project.

The assignment is suitable for you who thrive in the intersection between business and IT, and who find it easy to create structure, clarity, and engagement in complex change initiatives.

About the assignment

The assignment is divided into two main parts:

1) Mapping of HR processes

You will lead the work to understand, analyze, and visualize HR processes from both a central and local perspective. You will identify areas for improvement and develop clear process descriptions using standardized methods and tools (e.g., BPMN or similar).

The work involves, among other things:

  • Mapping and analyzing HR processes in close collaboration with the business
  • Leading workshops and meetings with HR specialists and other stakeholders
  • Documenting processes in the form of process maps, scenarios, user stories, and text descriptions
  • Proposing improvements in routines, working methods, and procedures
  • Supporting the business in the implementation of new or changed working methods
  • Independently planning and driving the work according to agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban)

2) Requirements analysis (system support for HR and learning)

You will be responsible for requirements analysis related to the procurement of new system support within HRIT. You will capture, structure, and document requirements in close collaboration with HR, system administrators, development teams, and other project members.

You will work iteratively and drive the requirements work forward in sprint form, focusing on ensuring that the requirements are:

  • Traceable
  • Testable
  • Feasible within the project's framework

Particular focus will be on requirements related to three process areas:

  • Training process
  • Performance process
  • Succession process

The requirements analysis should encompass both functional and non-functional requirements, including integrations, usability, configuration options, and support for continuous development.

Examples of tasks

  • Leading and coordinating the requirements process through the project's phases
  • Planning, booking, and conducting meetings with the HRIT team, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Leading and facilitating requirements workshops
  • Structuring and documenting requirements in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
  • Creating requirement specifications, acceptance criteria, and procurement documentation
  • Managing changing requirements and keeping the requirements landscape alive throughout the project
  • Participating in the verification and acceptance of solutions based on the specified requirements
  • Contributing to the project's core team and supporting the development of the HRIT solution and working methods

Competence requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Documented experience of similar assignments within HRIT where both process mapping and requirements analysis have been included
  • Good knowledge of HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, competency management, payroll, and employment lifecycle)
  • Experience working agile in change projects with iterative deliveries
  • The ability to quickly understand complex organizations and identify key individuals
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar

  • Location: Office near Arlanda (possibility for remote work when the job allows)
