Job Description

We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead a significant technology shift within a comprehensive contact center operation. The environment includes contact centers, switch solutions, and operator services such as numbering plans, subscriptions, mobile data, and SMS. The users are operational staff working closely with external customers and partners.

The organization will replace the current platform for contact centers, switches, and operator services with a new, integrated solution. The work will be carried out in close collaboration with the relevant business units and external suppliers. You will be responsible for planning, driving, and implementing the new platform while ensuring a structured and controlled transition.

Mandatory Requirements

• You have documented experience working operationally with contact center solutions within the last five years in a larger organization with at least 3000 end users.
• You have documented experience with operator services such as online services, mobile subscriptions, and mobile phones as a service within the last five years in a larger organization.
• You have documented experience working with WFM systems (Workforce Management).
• You have documented experience in the implementation, management, or integration of meeting booking systems or equivalent business support.
• You have experience independently planning, conducting, and leading presentations and workshops for both business and technical stakeholders.

Desirable

• You have experience as the main project manager leading the procurement and implementation of a contact center solution for an organization with at least approximately 3,000 end users, from planning to production.
• You have experience in IT development or implementation projects within a government agency.
• You have documented experience actively engaging operationally in projects that have significant deviations in time, quality, or delivery, thereby contributing to bringing the project back to the agreed plan.
