Bankgirot is now looking for a Tech Lead in IAM who wants to help shape, set requirements, and further develop our security services in line with our target architecture. You will be a key player in a complex, regulated, and technically advanced environment where security, availability, and trust are crucial – every day.

As Tech Lead in IAM, you have overall responsibility for ensuring that our identity and access solutions are secure, sustainable, and in line with Bankgirot's target architecture. You operate at the intersection of technology, security, and business, ensuring that the IAM area develops in a structured and long-term manner in an environment with high compliance requirements.

In this role, you combine technical expertise with coordination and requirement setting. You work closely with the Service Manager, Vendor Manager, architects, and security functions to ensure that services are lifecycle managed, monitored, and continuously improved. You are a driving force in identifying risks, development opportunities, and security improvements – and turning them into concrete initiatives.

Your mission includes, among other things:

• Ensuring that IAM solutions meet technical, security, and regulatory requirements

• Setting requirements and following up on deliveries, as well as contributing to stable and controlled service management

• Contributing to technical risk analyses and security assessments

• Driving development and improvement within the IAM area with a focus on quality, control, and long-term sustainability

You have a solid background in IAM and IT security and feel confident in your technical skills. You have worked with identity and access solutions in environments where security, stability, and compliance are not “nice to have,” but absolutely crucial. Federation, authentication protocols, and principles like RBAC and lifecycle management are not just concepts for you – they are something you have put into practice.

At the same time, you are more than just technically skilled. You thrive in a role where you can take responsibility, create structure, and contribute direction. You have experience in risk assessments and management of security services and understand how ITIL and established delivery models work in a complex organization. You see the value of clear processes – and when they need to be developed.

As a person, you are communicative and collaborative. You build trust, whether you are talking to technical specialists, suppliers, or business representatives. You are analytical, structured, and have a natural drive to improve and simplify – without compromising security.

Experience from banking, finance, or other regulated industries is a plus, but the most important thing is that you want to take clear technical responsibility and be part of developing an IAM area that is central to Bankgirot's continued transformation.

The position is a permanent employment based in Liljeholmen in Stockholm. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English.
