We are now looking for a Security Engineer with extensive experience in IT security for an expanding organization in Stockholm. You will be a central part of the organization's extensive transformation journey and play a key role in ensuring future-proof security solutions. This is a unique opportunity for you who want to be involved from the ground up and create stable, scalable, and high-performing security services that protect critical payment systems.

As a Security Engineer, you will work both operationally and closely with the organization's security solutions. You will help ensure that the systems are built on a stable and modern technical foundation while meeting internal security requirements and external regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate closely with operations, development, and security functions and participate in ongoing improvement work as well as new initiatives.

Depending on your skills and experience, you may work in areas such as:

• PKI / HSM

• PAM

• SIEM

• EDR

• NDR

• Vulnerability Management (SVS)

Responsibilities:

• Configure, operate, and further develop security solutions

• Ensure that the solutions comply with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements

• Work with lifecycle management of security components

• Develop and document routines, controls, and processes

• Contribute specialist expertise in projects and security reviews

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in IT and cybersecurity

• Has in-depth knowledge in at least one security area

• Is accustomed to working in complex IT environments

• Ideally has an understanding of regulatory requirements related to security and payment infrastructure

To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience in IT and cybersecurity and likely deeper expertise in some security area. It is advantageous if you have an understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to security and payment infrastructure. Experience with larger transformation journeys or security frameworks such as Zero Trust is also a plus.
