Assignment Description

You will primarily work in an agile team but also contribute to other initiatives such as projects or special assignments within the organization.

The assignment includes, among other things:

• Responsible for investigating business issues
• Work with requirements gathering and specification
• Support the business in prioritizing and establishing requirements
• Lead workshops and requirements meetings
• Conduct analyses in close collaboration with business managers
• Document requirements at both a high-level and detailed level
• Coordinate requirements work between multiple teams
• Coordinate release work

You will work closely with the business, architects, and other key roles and have a holistic view of both business and system issues.

Requirements Profile

We are looking for someone who meets the following:

• 9–12 years of experience in the role
• Very high independence
• Experience leading larger groups and taking primary responsibility in complex assignments
• Documented high quality in completed assignments

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in requirements work in system development projects or system management according to established methods
• At least 5 years of experience leading and preparing workshops
• At least 5 years of experience leading investigations of business issues as a basis for requirements documentation
• At least 3 years of experience in requirements work in IT-related business
• At least 2 years of experience in requirements specification according to agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
• At least 2 years of experience in:
  - Leading requirements work together with system architects
  - Coordinating requirements work and release work for multiple teams

Part of the above experience must be current and acquired within the last three years.

Tools and Working Methods

• Experience with requirements and collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira
• Good knowledge of models, methods, and techniques for requirements and business analysis

Education and Language

• Relevant university or college education, or equivalent experience
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written

Desirable Requirements

• Requirements specification for technical services, such as APIs
• Use case modeling
• Information and process modeling
• Work as a requirements and business analyst within a government agency
