We at Remarkable are looking for you who want to carry out Mystery Shopping assignments in Karlstad and surrounding areas.
The work is simple but requires great attention to detail and seriousness. You will act as a regular customer and observe, among other things, the service encounter and the store as a whole.
Having a driver's license and access to a car is recommended.
A visit, including reporting, takes about 40 minutes.
The visit is divided into three parts:
- Anonymous part (You enter the store and purchase a specific product)
- Presentation (You introduce yourself as a Mystery Shopper)
- Open part (You observe and report on, among other things, campaigns, displays, etc.)
You will receive a written job description before the assignment.
The compensation is 190 SEK/hour (covers both travel to and from the store as well as the time spent in the store) and mileage reimbursement.
