To take the next step in our development, we are looking for an accounts payable assistant to take over the responsibility for accounts payable in the three companies.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with the entire flow of accounts payable where you code and reconcile invoices against our goods flow. This means being responsible for ensuring that all supplier information and handling is of high quality and matches our purchases and deliveries. You will be an important link between finance, purchasing, and logistics, and have daily contact with both internal and external parties to optimize and streamline processes. Your tasks also include ongoing reconciliations with the bank and various payment services to achieve order and structure in our financial flows. You will work closely with the accounting manager and support during month-end and year-end closings as well as reporting. To succeed in the role, we see that you have previous experience working with trade and goods flows, preferably in companies that have had e-commerce as part of their operations. You understand the connection between finance and logistics and enjoy working in a structured and meticulous manner with large amounts of data. You will be physically located at the headquarters in central Stockholm. Currently, there is the possibility to work from home one day a week.
