Ready for a new challenge after the holidays?
We are looking for someone who has previously worked in customer service, enjoys a fast-paced environment, is self-driven, and service-minded. We hope you have prior experience with office tasks and basic financial duties. You enjoy customer contact both via phone and are good at expressing yourself in writing!
You want to assist us in finding new customers and have a sense of what the customer is looking for and can offer it in a good way.
We are looking for someone who enjoys routine and working on-site with colleagues. You are solution-oriented and not afraid to help where needed.
We work with a range of household services, where your main task will be daily contact with customers and booking the services they desire. You will also be part of the effort to find new customers and follow up to offer more services to existing customers.
