Are you communicative, business-driven, and thrive in a sales role?

Do you also want to learn recruitment and help match people with their next dream career? MultiMind is in an expansion phase and is now looking for an engaged employee for our office in Stockholm.

You will start in a combined role where you support both sales and recruitment through practical work. After about six months, your main focus will be on sales, but you will then have the competence to support the team and drive your own recruitment processes as needed.

  • Know another Nordic language (meriting)
  • Have an academic degree, preferably in economics or another business-oriented education (meriting)

About the role:

During your first 6 months, the work will be divided approximately 50/50 between recruitment and sales.

Recruitment (approx. 50% first 6 months):

  • Develop requirement profiles and write job postings
  • Search for candidates in CV databases
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
  • Take references and manage administration related to the recruitment process

Sales (approx. 50% first 6 months – then main focus):

  • Contact new customers/prospects and schedule sales meetings
  • Represent MultiMind and sell our services via phone, online, and in-person meetings
  • Contribute to continuous improvements
  • Gradually take on more customer responsibility and broaden your tasks
  • Be responsible for parts of our social media, mainly LinkedIn (posts and content)
