Receptionist for Stockholm City

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people and creating order. As a receptionist, you will greet visitors, handle mail and deliveries, assist with printing and access cards, and ensure that waiting areas and visitor rooms run smoothly. Your service makes a difference – every day.

Responsibilities

The following tasks may be included in this position;

• Greet our visitors at the district administration reception
• Support employees with questions related to the visitor rooms
• Maintain order in waiting areas and visitor rooms
• Receive applications and letters from visitors
• Assist visitors with printing
• Manage access cards for staff
• Receive mail and deliveries.

We are looking for someone who has:

The offered consultant must meet the following competency requirements;

• Has a complete secondary education
• Has experience in reception and/or administrative work
• Has a pleasant and professional demeanor
• Is independent, service-oriented, and solution-focused
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has an eye for structure and order.

It is an advantage if you have language skills in multiple languages.

You will be offered

A consulting assignment starting from January 19, 2026, lasting until March 27, 2026. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30 and Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. The work will be performed on-site at Hässelby Torg 20-22, floor 2.
