Job Responsibilities

As a student consultant with our clients, the work takes place during weekdays at various locations in Greater Stockholm. The tasks vary, and may include:

• Welcoming visitors and answering various questions
• Mail handling
• Switchboard management
• Coordinating conferences
• Purchasing office supplies
• Other administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Student at a university or college
• Previous experience in service or administration
• Friendly, engaged, and professional attitude
• Fluent in Swedish and English
