Change & Development Lead

Someone who has the ability to take a room and engage their audience on topics ranging from leadership to cultural development and workplace environment. A person who can hold together the Learning team's work across all markets and lead it forward - without direct personnel responsibility.

As a Change & Development Lead, you are responsible for holding together, creating, and developing pedagogical learning experiences for thousands of our employees. As part of the Learning team, you work closely with the business and your colleagues to ensure that all initiatives are both relevant and sustainable in the long term. The role gives you a unique opportunity to provide thousands of people with their first impression of working life, drive guest satisfaction, business, and develop both employee engagement and leadership at MAX. Since we have employees in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Poland, all materials must be adaptable to local conditions in our various markets. You will work closely with a learning team that currently consists of a total of four people. You report to the Head of Culture & Development.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leadership Development and Executive Support: Together with the learning team, you will develop executive teams and facilitate workshops in all our markets (Sweden, Poland, Norway, and Denmark). Design and deliver leadership development for managers at all levels and be responsible for our leadership programs with high quality and clear results.
  • Learning and Project Management: Together with the team, create and drive learning journeys and programs that strengthen the business's KPIs and combine various learning methods. From e-learning and webinars to classrooms and training in everyday life. Work closely and collaboratively with HR, management, leaders, and experts to develop relevant and effective initiatives.
  • Culture and Change Management: Lead change, culture, and inclusion initiatives and coordinate culture and inclusion projects across all markets. Contribute with methodological support and facilitation to create a strong safety culture within the organization.
  • Follow-up and Analysis: Follow up and analyze the effects of our initiatives and drive continuous improvements. Own and drive the entire employee survey – from planning and communication to analysis and follow-up.

Your Profile:

  • Education and Experience: Master's or bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, psychology, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience in learning design, leadership development, and change management. Extensive experience working with learning and change management. Experience with HPLJ methodology or other modern methods is a requirement.
  • Expertise in Change Management and Leadership Development: Strong methodological toolbox with tools in and experience of change management, leadership development, inclusion, and culture. Personal leadership experience is a plus. Documented experience in creating development programs with measurable effects and data-driven work within the learning field. Knowledge of workplace environment issues and preferably Lean methodology and agile working methods is an advantage.
  • Leadership, Collaboration, and Communication: Strong competence in facilitation and coaching. Ability to create engagement and build relationships at all levels. Strong ability to collaborate with others and create consensus. Experience in project management and driving projects within learning and development – from needs analysis to follow-up. Ability to switch between a strategic holistic perspective and operational execution. A humble and collaborative attitude. You are passionate about development, both your own and others.
