About the role

As a team leader, you are responsible for daily operational management as well as coordination and administration within service delivery. You act as the central point of contact for the customer and are a key person in daily delivery.

The role is broad and varied and requires a high level of self-drive, commitment, and the ability to make decisions in daily work. The administrative part of the role demands a structured and meticulous approach as well as the ability to prioritize and work solution-oriented.

The position is located at one of Coor's clients in Östermalm and includes responsibility for a team of about 10 employees who together deliver all of our service offerings. The role involves daily handling of matters such as orders and fault reports, as well as planning and leading operational work. You will have ongoing contact with orderers, service users, and suppliers.

Examples of tasks:

  • Lead, coach, and support employees in daily operational management
  • Plan, coordinate, and follow up on daily work and staffing
  • Work operationally in service delivery and support as needed
  • Work in the client's service center with daily customer contact
  • Handle orders, fault reports, and ongoing matters
  • Maintain ongoing contact with orderers, service users, and suppliers
  • Collaborate with group leaders and other functions for improvements and increased cost-effectiveness
  • Handle simpler financial tasks such as invoicing and invoice management
  • Participate in projects and drive continuous improvements within service delivery

Who are you?

We would like you to have:

  • a high school education and several years of work experience in a similar position.
  • experience in leading staff.
  • very good administrative skills and good computer knowledge (Outlook and Excel).
  • good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

About the position

  • Employment type: Permanent position
  • Employment rate: Full-time 100%
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday 8-17
  • Start date: By agreement
  • Probationary period: 6 months
