Are you a payroll specialist with specific experience in the HRM Software payroll system and the Byggnads collective agreement? Then you might be the one we are looking for! We at Vindex are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist for our client.

In the role of Payroll Specialist at this company, you will work with the entire payroll process and be part of an engaged team!

Location: Stockholm Norrort

Main Responsibilities

• Payroll management
• Ensure qualitative and accurate reporting to authorities
• Participate in establishing clear work manuals
• Various ad hoc tasks

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone with an education in payroll administration and some years of work experience in similar tasks. To fit in this role, you need to have competence in the HRM Software payroll system, and we would like you to have experience in pension reporting, reporting to authorities, and various types of collective agreements. Additionally, you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.

As a person, you are meticulous and pedagogical. You work independently and actively to achieve set goals and deadlines. Furthermore, you are motivated by taking on a responsible role that requires a structured approach!
