About the role

In customer service, you will become a key person, right in the center, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing good conditions for your colleagues who deliver. Together with two colleagues, you will handle customer bookings and transport planning for the Stockholm region. The role involves close collaboration with factories, the sales organization, and the transport team.

Your tasks:

• Receive and register customer orders via phone and email.
• Plan and optimize transports to ensure delivery precision.
• Contribute to improvement work and the development of our processes.

You will work office hours (07:00–16:00) at our regional office in Stäket. You will plan and coordinate your day together with your colleagues. You will be in the heart of the action with about ten colleagues in sales, logistics, technicians, and regional management, as well as the wonderful team that produces, delivers, and pumps concrete for our customers. A dynamic environment filled with laughter and short decision-making paths.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in customer service work and a knack for creating efficient flows.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and enjoys both routines and rapid changes.
• Communicates and collaborates easily with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
• Has the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work.
• Wants to learn more about the world's most used building material, concrete, an important contribution to sustainable construction.

It is advantageous, but not a requirement, if you have experience in transport planning or from the concrete/construction industry.
