We are now looking for two junior KYC consultants for a consulting assignment with a Nordic banking player. The assignment is suitable for those at the beginning of their careers who want to work with financial crime prevention in a professional and international environment.

The assignment starts in February 2026 and lasts for about 10–12 months. The location is in Stockholm with a hybrid setup, three days on-site and two days remote.

About the assignmentYou will be part of a Nordic team based in Stockholm that works to prevent financial crime and ensure compliance with AML regulations. The team consists of KYC and sanctions specialists who conduct risk-based customer analyses as part of periodic KYC reviews.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient, and accurate KYC reviews. The work involves collecting, analyzing, and documenting KYC-related information as well as ensuring the correct handling of sensitive data.

ResponsibilitiesConduct customer due diligence analyses and KYC reviewsCollect and review customer information and documentationPerform risk-based analyses in accordance with applicable AML regulationsDocument and store KYC data in a structured and accurate mannerCollaborate closely with colleagues in a Nordic team 🤝

RequirementsPost-secondary education in areas such as economics, law, or financeVery good knowledge of English and one of the Nordic languages

MeritoriousPrevious experience in compliance, risk, AML, or KYCExperience from banking, finance, or financial services
