We are currently looking for an experienced consultant for an assignment with Kemppi, starting in mid-August and running through the end of October. Your Responsibilities

In the role of Accountant, you are independently responsible for ongoing financial management and ensure that the accounting maintains high quality. You work closely with the operations and handle everything from customer and supplier accounts to closing and reporting.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Customer and supplier accounts
• Manual payments and receipts
• Reminder management
• Preparation of supporting documents and internal invoicing
• VAT reporting
• Handling expense reports and out-of-pocket expenses
• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Reconciliations and monthly closing

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced accountant who can independently take responsibility for the entire accounting process. You feel confident in both daily operations and the closing process, and have the ability to quickly adapt to new ways of working and systems. Since you will be the only one in the role, you need to be proactive, self-sufficient, and have a good ability to prioritize your work. You work in a structured manner, see what needs to be done, and drive tasks to completion with high quality. The role has many contact points, which means you need to be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. To get up to speed quickly, it is required that you are used to working in several different systems simultaneously and find it easy to navigate between different administrative and financial processes.

Success Factors

• Several years of experience in qualified accounting work, end-to-end
• Very good system proficiency and experience with multiple business systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to independently plan, prioritize, and drive work forward
