We are now looking for a Lead & Customer Success Specialist for a company in battery storage and energy technology. You will be following up on leads that have previously shown interest in batteries but have not proceeded. The customers already have solar panels - the need is there, and your task is to find the right timing and create the right conditions for business.

About the role

This is an outbound phone role where you act as the link between the customer and the sales team.

You will work with:

• Calling leads that have previously declined or were not ready

• Engaging in business-oriented dialogues about needs and timelines

• Identifying when the customer is ready to proceed

• Booking or handing over to the responsible salesperson

• Documenting and following up on dialogues

This is a perfect role for you who want to enter the sales and energy industry.

Salary & conditions

• Fixed salary and the possibility of variable compensation

• Full-time preferred, with the possibility of part-time work

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
