Apoteket Express Gullmarsplan is located by the Gullmarsplan subway station, a location with constant customer flow and a diverse customer group. Together with Apoteket Götgatsbacken, we form a pharmacy group where you will work at both pharmacies. We are a team of 8 people, each with different areas of responsibility, ensuring even staffing and good service to our customers. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: Gullmarsplan: Weekdays 07:00-19:00, Saturdays 11:00 - 17:00, Sundays 11:00 - 17:00. Götgatsbacken: Weekdays 09:00 - 19:00, Saturdays 11:00 - 17:00, Sundays closed.

Our self-care advisors always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle self-care advice and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

• Provide professional advice on self-care and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.

• Inform about the correct use of over-the-counter medications.

• Follow guidelines for safe self-care advice.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so our customers can feel safe with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a trained self-care advisor, with a clear interest in people, health, and self-care.

• You have experience working or practicing in an outpatient pharmacy.

• You have a particular interest in sales and self-care.

• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see each customer.

• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
