We are now looking for an engaged part-time (50%) retail sales assistant for our store in Barkarby – a role where your personality and drive make a difference.

About the role
As a retail sales assistant with us, your primary task is to create satisfied customers and contribute to the store's sales targets. You are someone who thrives on customer interaction and understands the importance of listening to and understanding customer needs.

You are both a relationship builder and a results-oriented salesperson – charming enough to win a customer's trust in minutes, empathetic enough to understand their desires, and goal-driven enough to want to beat yesterday's sales figures.

Your responsibilities include:

• Active sales and advice in the store
• Ensuring a welcoming, tidy, and inspiring store environment
• Handling cash register duties and payments
• Receiving, unpacking, and price-marking goods
• Assembling and displaying products for optimal sales results
• Participating in inventory checks and following routines for stock and operations

Sales experience is meritorious, preferably from retail, but not a requirement. You must be at least 18 years old and have completed upper secondary education.

About the position

• Employment type: Summer temporary position
• Start date: Immediately
• Working hours: Scheduled on weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Salary: Hourly wage 101.48 – 170.75 SEK/hour according to the Retail Collective Agreement (Handels/Svensk Handel), depending on age and experience. Additional compensation for unsocial hours (OB) applies as per agreement.
