What we offer:

We are looking for a merchandiser/confectionery picker for a part-time position every other Saturday, where you will be responsible for Cloetta's loose-weight and natural candy sections in various stores in Central Stockholm.

The role involves working independently, meaning you will work alone in the store during your shifts. You will follow planned tasks and routines. The work is varied and takes place in different store environments, with daily contact with store staff and customers.

The work is physically demanding and involves frequent lifting of candy boxes. A hand truck is used as an aid when handling and moving pallets and products in the store.

Responsibilities:

• Stock and ensure that the loose-weight and natural candy sections are well-stocked and visually appealing
• Pick products from the store's warehouse
• Perform ongoing cleaning and maintenance of the candy sections
• Place orders for goods according to established routines
• Handle waste such as cardboard and plastic
• Act as Cloetta's representative in the store towards staff and customers

Requirements for the position:

• Category B driver's license (required)
• Access to a personal car during all shifts (required)
• Availability to work weekdays during daytime, scheduled between 08:00–17:00
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for completing tasks as planned
• Good planning skills, orderliness, and efficiency
• Flexibility and ability to handle changes with short notice
• Good physical fitness as the work involves repeated lifting and lots of movement

Previous experience in grocery retail, picking, or retail work is advantageous. Introduction and training are provided before the start of the assignment.

Employment terms:

The position is a permanent part-time role of approximately 2–4 hours every other Saturday. Training will be conducted as soon as possible. Working hours are primarily scheduled on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00, but as in this case, weekend work is involved, and the work is performed on Saturdays.

The employment is covered by the Retail Agreement between Swedish Retail and Wholesale (Svensk Handel) and the Swedish Union for Shop, Office and Tourism Employees (Handelsanställdas förbund).
