From healthcare staffing to a tech-driven recruitment agency

Talangbron (formerly Vårdbron) was founded within healthcare staffing, but we saw early on that the market needed something different: a recruitment agency that actually uses the technology available. This is the journey we are on now, and it is moving fast.

We work with experienced recruiters and clients across a broad spectrum. As a salesperson here, you won't get stuck in a rut. You will learn what drives diverse industries, and this knowledge makes you better with every client you meet.

For us, sales is about long-term partnerships, not one-off deliveries. Our clients come back, not because they have to, but because we deliver. Now we are looking for you who want to be part of this journey.

A day at Talangbron

Here, you don't sit with cold lists. You step into conversations that have already started and put your energy where it does the most good: in relationships and closing deals.

  • You own the deal – from the first dialogue to the signed contract
  • A dedicated recruiter takes over as soon as the client is on board and ensures the delivery
  • We work closely together – sales and recruitment in constant dialogue
  • You are constantly learning and sharing knowledge with colleagues – that is how we grow

Who are you?

You work with service sales (B2B) or as a recruiter today and have a track record you are proud of. You are not looking for the next job, you are looking for the right job. One where you get to influence, build relationships, and actually make a difference.

You love relationships and the phone, have your pipeline in order, and are curious enough to want to understand the client's business for real. With our tools and AI flow, the prerequisites are already in place. What remains is what a skilled B2B salesperson burns for most: building trust, leading the dialogue, and closing the deal.

A little extra bonus:

  • Experience from the recruitment or staffing industry
  • Comfortable with HubSpot
  • Speaks Norwegian or Danish
  • Uses AI actively in daily life – feel free to explain how in your application 🤖
