We are currently looking for a purchasing administrator on behalf of our client in Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on 2026-01-27 and last until 2026-07-14 with the possibility of extension.

About the assignment

The purchasing department is in need of a purchasing administrator for administrative tasks related to purchasing, procurement, document management, supplier management, etc.

The assignment involves supporting the purchasing department with administration. Main tasks include document management, record-keeping, administrative tasks in purchasing systems, property systems, as well as documentation of the internal planning within the department.

The purpose of the assignment and expected results The assignment aims to replace a vacancy due to leave of absence, and the tasks are therefore ongoing. The goal is to effectively and proactively manage the administration.

About you We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• Experience with record-keeping systems

• The consultant must have held a similar role previously and at least 3 years of experience in administrative work is required.

• Familiar with handling contacts both within the purchasing department, the rest of the organization, and externally.

It is advantageous if you also meet the following requirements:

• Experience with Platina / Edok

• Experience with purchasing systems, preferably Agresso

• Experience with procurement systems, preferably Kommers
